The primary goal of the company is to assist major corporations with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Risk Management and Security Planning/Oversight issues. Strategic Continuity Solutions has been very successful in resolving issues presented by audit findings (private sector and governmental intervention) company growth and M&A’s.
Successfull engagements have been with a combination of onsite visits and remote work. The purpose is to get the required information while onsite and then complete projects remotely to hold client expenses down. This ratio is determined by the client.
Jeffrey Blackmon is the founder and primary consultant for Strategic Continuity Solutions. He has over 25 years experience within the fields of computer science and security. Jeff has always been willing to invest extra effort when circumstances required, and has readily grasped the broader significance of a project’s charter and impact. “Jeff is a delight to work with on any project. He brings great ideas, enthusiasm and energy to getting things done. Our project required a weekly speech and this is where he shines. Jeff is very comfortable in front of a group; his experience and preparation make him very attuned to the audience. I would be very happy to work with him again and highly recommend him for your next project.”

Strategic Continuity Solutions provided Risk Management/Business Continuity services to the largest healthcare provider in the state of New Mexico. Along with 3 major hospitals in Albuquerque and 5 regional hospitals throughout the state of New Mexico, Jeff worked with the Director of Business Continuity to develop a Business Continuity program that aligns with ISO-22301 standards. He was also responsible for collecting information for BIA development, defining recovery strategies for all major departments, and building user friendly/manageable Business Continuity Plans. This project managed BC plans within an RSA/Archer Environment.
Strategic Continuity Solutions was contracted to Bank of America Global Business Continuity Governance to help resolve outstanding Business Recovery Compliance issues. The project consisted of working with VP’s from 8 divisions that encompassed 25,000 employees in 35 countries. This project was to resolve the vast majority of the business recovery gap issues and lower the outstanding count. The results of this project were recognized by the CIO of Bank of America.
